On which are the product ratings based?

The ratings have 1 till 5 stars, based on the following items:

  • Packing (shrink or solid)
  • Quality (based on pi value from our test results)
  • A or b-grade
  • Stability (remains the media code the same or changes the product of factory)
  • Complaints of customers (compatibility with branders and players)

    How can I order?

    Due to the automation of the system it is only possible to order on our webshop. Unfortunately it is not possible to order per post, e-mail or telephone. When you make an appointment it is possible to pick up your goods in our warehouse in Luxembourg.


    To which countries do you ship?

    We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium (no media, except BLUE RAY), Luxembourg, Germany, France, Italy, England, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Finland & Sweden.


    I received an email that with my email account I can't place a COD order, why not?

    Unfortunately there are “jokers” who likes it to order with false addresses and false email adresses. It turned out that in the most cases a free e-mailadress (hotmail;, zonnet, freemail etc.) was used. A package which is not delivered at the customers costs us almost € 20,- shipping cost. That's the reason we decided that the first COD can't be placed with such an emailadress. You can pay your first order on another way, the second order we can deliver you under COD.


    Questions about paying

    How can I pay?

    The possibilities are different for each country, but all countries can pay with credit card (using Paypal) and pay in advance. Dutch customers have also the possibility to pay at the postman (Cash On Delivery) or the Dutch system, iDEAL. It is also possible to pick up your goods (by appointment only).


    Can I buy on credit?

    Our profit margin is too low to have debitors which not pay the bill, that's the reason you can only pay with the methods mentioned above.


    Do you charge VAT and which percentage

    Each company in the EU has to charge VAT, so yes do we. Orders from the Netherlands we charge with the Dutch VAT and pay that to the authorities in the Netherlands. Dutch companies can settle this with their VAT declaration. For other countries, we charge the Luxemburgian VAT. Companies can contact us for deliver without VAT (intracommunautair).

    How can I reach you?

    The best way to ask a question is by e-mail, we try to answer you question within two hours on office hours. In case you want to speak with us personal you can call us, look on the contact page for the phone numbers. We speak Dutch, German, French and English.


    Guarantee

    Which guarantee do I have on recordable media (CDR & DVD)?

    Guarantee on recordable media is difficult. The most problems are not caused by the discs, but by other circumstances and the manufacturers know this. Your burner has a very important role and the firmware (software) in your burner has to be up-to-date. It happens that a disc doesn't work in a burner, even when the firmware is up-to-date. Also the drives of your sysem are verry importent.

    Sometimes a burner doesn't accept a certain disc, this is not a production error! We advice you to order first a small number of disc to test before you buy more. In case of problems with discs we can test the discs and when you think that the discs have a production error, if this is true we will replace the disc. This is for all disc (except when it's wrtie by) but only when the disc are not working in oure system. When the disc are working, so there is no production error we charge you € 5,- of testing cost.

    For all other products you have minimum 1-year factory guarantee (longer when noted) by normal home use.


    Shipping costs, delivery time

    What are the shipping costs?

    When you authorize us, we ship your goods in your name. The costs differ per country, you find an overview of the low cost here


    What is the delivery time?

    In case we have the goods on stock (this is mentioned by the products) your package is ready within maximum two working days for pick-up or shipping in your name. (for orders payed in advance and with creditcard within two working days after receiving your payment). In case your first order is a COD order, we ask you to confirm the order by email. Due to 'jokers' we have to do this extra check. You need a payed email account if you want that your first order is a COD order.


    How can I see my package is shipped?

    If you log in you can check the status of your order. You also receive an email when we prepared your package for the post including track and trace link for folowing your parcel.


    During the day I am not home, is that a problem?

    The best is you give us an adress where someone is home during the day. When that is not possible the postman will try to deliver your package at the neighbours. In this case you'll find normaly a note in your mailbox where he left your package. Otherwise your package will be hold for a few days and then comming back to us.

    NOTE: don't forget an identity card with you when you go to pick up your package.

    Which company delivers my parcel?

    All parcels are deliverd by GLS.

    Service, aftersales

    I received a wrong product, what must I do?

    It speaks for it self that we do our utmost to deliver your package without errors, but we remain however people and there can always go something wrong. When there is something wrong you can send us an e-mail so we can find out what's wrong.


    I received my package damaged, what can I do?

    We do our utmost to pack your parcel to avoid damage during shipment. Unfortunately it is not possible to avoid all damages. By placing your order you had a option for an insurance for lost or damage.
    IMPORTANT When you have choice for a insurance send us a complain within 7 days by email, when posible with a picture. Afther this we have contact with the insurance, normaly we need maximum 2 weeks for this.


    I have a problem with a disc, what must I do?

    A problem can have a lot of causes, we created a site to help you with your hobby. Under Tips en informatie you find a list of possibilities which solves most of the problems (sorry, only made in Dutch yet. Use google website translate). You can always contact us when the problem remains.
