If you want you can pick-up goods in our wharehouse.
Our warehouse is located in the north of Luxembourg (near Clervaux / Troisvierges), everyone can come to pick up goods. There is not a shop so it is useful to know what you want and to write is to avoid mistakes (especially printer ink is a high risk).
Our warehouse is open from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 to 15.00, make always an appointment! SOmetimes we are out and we don't want that you are for a closed door. In consultations, it is also possible to pick up a Saturday, please call us for the potential 00352 621 51 43 30.
Picking up goods cost a lot of time for our warehouse, unfortunately we have to charge you € 5,- wharehouse cost when your order is below € 100,-.
You can pay cash in our wharehouse, pin is not possible.
Do not forget to declare the goods which are subject to copyright cost to declare by your local authority.
Each country has its own cost and on diference products, there is no central point for it, so we cant do this for you. Remember that without the work of authors we can not enjoy music / movies
