Uitleg werking site Dear visitor, We would like to explain how our site works. Our explanation has a blue color, black text that you see are the printscreens of the site to show you what you see. On the left you'll see a column of categories where you can find our products. Some categories show extra sub categories when you click on it. Click the category you want. After you have made a selection you will get the list of our products. Now you can see an image of the product, price, description (some with discount), stock status, shopping cart, and weight. The stock status shows is a product is in stock, when not it show an indication of the estimated delivery time. You can now by clicking on the shopping car putting the product in your shopping basket. To click the image of the product you get more information of the product. This example also shows a discount if you purchase 2 or 4 of that product. When you have click for more info will give you additional information about the product, in this case shows how the product is packed, and what our rate. This rate is based on a few things: complaints of customers, tests that we done and the packaging. By the most products you see more pictures of the product. When you hold your mouse on the picture the picture wil be bigger. You can add the product to you shopping cart by clicking on the shopping basket. On the right side at the top you'll see that the product is ad to your shopping cart. If you have want to check out then click in the upper-right corner on "shopping cart" You are now on a login window, if you are not yet registered with us the click on new customer. You can now enter data we need and click continue. If you have allready a account then click on "existing customer" your email address and your password you have to fill in. Have you forgotten your password then click on the "forgot password" button. The shop will send you a new passwordby e-mail. Please note the password is CaPitAl. If you want to chance somthing on yout shopping cart you can do that on every moment by clicking on the shopping cart, you can also change the qty, or delette a product. There are now a number of choices of your shipment wishes. Fill in what you need and the press You can now select the way that you want to pay, for some way of payments we have to charge you extra cost (committees that we have to pay). Indien U akkoord bent, klikt op op Indien U dit in beeld krijgt is uw order toegevoegd aan ons systeem, U heeft nu een email ontvangen met de gegevens van uw order. Afhankelijk van de door U gekozen betaalmethode gaan wij uw order verwerken, U ontvangt een email als wij de zending verzonden hebben of extra informatie nodig hebben.
